An amazing staff. It was like visiting your Italian cousins home. They assisted in booking tables at restaurants, arranged a car from port to hotel and hotel to airport. Location is perfect, a 12 minute walk to coliseum. Breakfast is made in house and was delicious, particularly their Italian cakes. The hotel is a great oasis to return to after spending the day in crowded, noisy Rome. Small and intimate, the staff have the time to talk with you about themselves, their city, culture, traditions and favorite eating spots. Staff actually liked working there and enjoying making you happy. Any problem, however small, was corrected immediately. This small boutique hotel is the overall best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

What an absolutely stunning property. The hotel is beautiful, from the doorway, into the lobby, to the lobby, to the breakfast/bar area, the beautiful outdoor patio, and our lovely room accommodations! The staff, all of the staff we met, were beyond outstanding! They are very gracious, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They provided us with exceptional service and hospitality, the best we’ve ever had. Absolute perfection! The food, the homemade baked goods, coffees, etc… incredible!

The Fifteen Keys is an exceptional Hotel in the heart of Roma with a quant atmosphere but still upscale. The property has been extremely well designed and maintained. The entire staff were attentive yet friendly and welcoming. Prior to arriving I requested service to the hotel from the airport which was responsive quickly in email. The bed mattress was extremely comfortable and the Blue room we selected was a perfect size with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Service is very important to my wife and I and we have to complement each and every member of the staff as they are truly a team with focus on the customer’s enjoyment when at the property. We enjoyed every moment spent in this wonderful place.

Before our stay the staff at Fifteen Keys Hotel are SO helpful in booking a private car pickup and transfer, recommending tour guides (Bibbos Tours, Gabrielle was awesome!). Once we arrived we were treated with excellent service, beautiful smiles and wonderful staff who would book last minute lunch for us, along with calling a taxi when needed. AND the staff at breakfast were exceptional and the food delicious for a day touring Rome. We can't refer this hotel enough to anyone needing a convenient to city center stay with a luxury yet homey feel. Thank you staff for making our stay PERFECT! (Especially Aristotle and Ilonya).

We booked the Fifteen Keys Hotel based on the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. The hotel exceeded our expectations from the very start and there was absolutely nothing that we did not enjoy about our stay. As mentioned in other reviews, all the hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel and bedrooms are spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. The location was perfect for us, only an 8 minute walk from the train station and close to many restaurants, bars, shops and very central for visiting the sights. We would definitely recommend to family and friends and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we do come back to Rome at some point in the future

This was my second stay at this hotel and this time I booked two rooms for 5 nights. We had an amazing time and our rooms were lovely (double rooms). The location is really good - the Monti area is close to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum (walking distance) and also to the metro and train stations. The area itself is full of charm and has lots of places to eat and drink and it was really lively in the evenings. The hotel offers a complimentary afternoon tea and happy hour which was great for when you come back tired from all the site seeing activities. The staff were very polite and friendly and always accomodating of our needs. We also loved the breakfast which has lovely seasonal fruit and a great choice of eggs and pastries. The rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely bathrooms and very spacious for an inner city hotel. I think I found my favourite hotel in Rome - will definitely come again!

Lovely, helpful and very professional staff with very good knowledge of the English language. Fantastic (hot and cold) breakfast including home-made rolls and cakes. We loved the cute, well maintained court yard with beautiful flowers and 4-5 small tables for breakfast and drinks. Perfect location.

Exceptional breakfast - huge variety of freshly prepared food, topped up throughout the morning. Served in a beautiful, calm & comfortable space with incredible staff. Afternoon tea served with freshly baked cakes & pastries, plus a lovely courtyard to relax in. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who were always so helpful & friendly. Truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in

What a beautiful little gem. The other positive reviews are spot on - this adorable hotel is a dream. The staff emailed me when I made the reservation and followed up several times to offer help scheduling activities and transportation, as well as to inquire about my needs during our stay. The room was beautiful and the view of the courtyard allowed me to pretend for a moment that I lived in Rome. The breakfast is gorgeous and the cappuccino will be hard to beat. What a wonderful experience! We will stay here again!

I liked every single detail about the hotel, it’s truly feels like home and I felt extra care in everything. Location is great, facilities, they even had a hair straightener for ladies which is very thoughtful. Good breakfast with daily compliments from the lady chef itself. I didn’t want to leave , if next time in Rome I would go back to the same place again. Thank you for making it memorable
